Have you lost or misplaced your ordination credentials? Changed your name or address? If you require a full, updated set of replacement documents, simply provide us with a little basic information and we’ll get them on the way to you immediately!

PLEASE NOTE: This package is only available if you have received your basic (limited) or complete ordination credentials from First Nation Church and require updated replacement documents.*

Your replacement Wedding Officiant credentials package includes the same documents you originally received from First Nation Ministry to legally perform weddings and other ceremonies. (See below for the full list.)

The service charge for replacement documents is $10. Standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail is additional. Allow 2 to 3 days for processing. (Express and priority shipping is available with an additional fee.)
